Agkistrodon piscivorus is a venomous snake, a species of pit viper, found in the southeastern United States. Adults are large and capable of delivering a painful and potentially fatal bite. They are not usually aggressive but will stand their ground when antagonized by coiling their bodies and displaying their fangs.
This is the world's only semi-aquatic viper, usually found in or near water, particularly in slow-moving and shallow lakes, streams, and marshes. The snake is a strong swimmer and will even enter the sea, successfully colonizing islands off both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts.
The common names for the species include variants on water moccasin, swamp moccasin or black moccasin; viper, cottonmouth.
lyrics
Slipping in rhymes like a green pit viper,
Come on, get up, it’s ‘bout to get hyper.
Playing this groove I’m all about sharin’,
Do I have work tomorrow? I’m really not carin’.
If you think this beat’s a little repetitive,
Relax, have a seat and here, take a sedative,
Realize it’s different, every time we play this.
Just take a listen; soon you’ll be in bliss.
Change it up-change it down, pass it all around.
Can you all feel this raw and funky sound?
Things don’t go the way they oughta go,
When the only solution is to just say no.
I hate to be cynical; it’s the just way I think,
Three-fourths acoustical; completely in sync.
Now we keep our shoes tied and we stay on task,
Ben rocks the beat, y’all might ask,
Why there’s only three,
That you can see,
Where’s the bass, the drone, the funk that is?
Well he’s sitting at home eating potato chips,
But it stays all good because we stay united,
We don’t like to boast, brag or get excited.
Up now next, it’s my man Benny G,
He’ll the rip the mic for all of thee,
It’s not the Harper, the Franklin but the Du fen yak,
He’ll rock the mic like the mighty man Spock.
I met her one day at a waffle house diner,
She had chubby legs and thick eye liner,
She was our waitress and I was in awe,
It was like watching a movie with Steven Segal.
She walked up to our table said her name was Karen,
My legs started shakin’ and my eyes kept starin,
I was only 15 and she was 24,
She was the sweetest apple right down to the core,
Now I love my life and things couldn’t be finer,
Yet I won’t forget that doll from that wafflehouse diner.
That’s it we’re done, yah heard it from the source,
Walking away from this, I hope there’s no remorse
Hope you guys like it, this beat is obese
That’s it, we’re done, we gonna say PEACE!
