lyrics

At eighteen years, I don’t claim to be enlightened.
Straight from the source, don’t need to be cited
By the MLA, the verbal KKK
No questions like mother may-I
Now may I introduce myself; my name is Turbo,
The man known for speed, who’s got what you need
This beat is fertile soil for my lyrical seed.
I’m a red tailed hawk flying over your heads,
This ain’t trash talk ripping self-esteem to shreds.
I control the substance to this musical stunt,
Stuff me in a cigar cause my lyrics are blunt.
Realize reality relies on more than facts, revision religion,
My lyrics can cut like a verbal circumcision.

Life’s a good thing you could call it mas fina,
Some see it sacred like Mecca and Medina.
No one really knows if heaven’s in the skies and
Often life bites like phone service from Verizon
At times it’s heavy, by myself I can’t carry
At others, it’s ideal so results may vary.
I know I can’t join like the League of Nations
But you best back up boy, you trying my patience.
I write rhymes surely not for a living,
Though I find it therapeutic, a gift that keeps giving.
Life is what you make it paint a blank canvas.
Sort of like a kickflip where I know I can land this.

It'll start with a note, a G at that.
Then tune in close for that melodic snap.
It'll hit like a full out blow,
It'll hit like tourettes in your soul!
Then you look up and realize something,
Box and the keys and strings are bumping.
Three banging white boys busting out something.
Climax is coming.
When will it be? Now? Now? Maybe soon!
Waiting on the edge like a virgin for poon!
Lights are on and ready is the cam,
You know it'll be when the shit goes BAM!
