I’m a red tailed hawk flying over your heads,
This ain’t trash talk ripping self-esteem to shreds.
I control the substance to this musical stunt,
Stuff me in a cigar cause my lyrics are blunt.
Realize reality relies on more than facts, revision religion,
My lyrics can cut like a verbal circumcision.

Life’s a good thing you could call it mas fina,
Some see it sacred like Mecca and Medina.
No one really knows if heaven’s in the skies and
Often life bites like phone service from Verizon
At times it’s heavy, by myself I can’t carry
At others, it’s ideal so results may vary.
I know I can’t join like the League of Nations
But you best back up boy, you trying my patience.
I write rhymes surely not for a living,
Though I find it therapeutic, a gift that keeps giving.
Life is what you make it paint a blank canvas.
